Like your psychos long-legged and red-headed? Then say hello to Schuldig (often spelt Schuldich). A member of Schwarz, arch-rivals of the WK boys, he's possessed of telepathic powers and can get into the head of almost anyone, reading and manipulating their thoughts. The downside of his gift is that he has trouble keeping the thoughts of other people out of his head.

In the series, he often seems to act under his own volition, amusing himself by making the lives of others a misery. Crawford, the leader of Schwarz, allows Schuldig a free rein, so long as it doesn't interfere with the team's objectives.

Yaoi
A regular in WK/Schwarz yaoi fiction. He can be, and is, paired with almost anyone from either team - including the scary Farfarello.
